Bon Secours Mercy Health has implemented a new EpicCare Link Account Request Process, this process requires an appointed Account Manager to be setup at all EpicCare Link approved locations to whom authority will be given to request new EpicCare Link Accounts for their staff and maintain their access.
If your location has already been setup under the new process please consult your Account Manager for access. If your location has not yet been setup for this process, then please have an appropriate Manager from your location use the link "EpicCare Link New Location Setup Process" to begin the process. Account Manager training and documentation will be provided to this user upon acceptance of the application.
